Seller blocked me

Hi, The product arrived and didn’t work. I contacted the seller who said they would send out another. They strung me along until I was timed out to raise a dispute/ ask for a refund. Now they have blocked me. How to I contact EBay to intervene. Thanks

If its past 30 days ebay won't help.  Contact your payment provider and ask them.
