Where's my refund?

Hi

I started a dispute with a reseller and asked eBay to 'deal with it' and just got an message from eBay says the case is now closed.  Great, but where's my refund?  Can anyone help or advise how I sort this one?  TIA.

You have to actively manage cases or they close.

Once closed they cannot be reopened.

I asked for eBay to take over and was told that I had to wait until that came days it expired!

What're does that leave me. Badly let down by eBay.
