Where is my money? Tracking link to held funds hit and miss

Hi,

I've sold a few things since the changes were bought in to hold funds until delivery. Some funds have been released whilst other items show as undelivered on the ebay tracking page, yet when you click the hyperlink on the tracking number from ebay and are directed to the courier site the item is shown as delivered with a photo.

I can't find any easy way to contact ebay and am loathed to do this on every item I have sold. 

For now I have made all my items collection only and am starting to list on other platforms. 

Anyone else in the same position or any advice on how i can get paid?

The ebay tracking can be slow to update.
