Over past five months I’ve had to void and cancel about eight labels, mostly from standing in busy post offices and realising that I’ve selected wrong weight etc. To my knowledge I’ve never seen a single refund hit my balance, nor have I been informed of a refund via messages. I only use Royal Mail and tracked 48 95% of the time. What is going on?
