What do i do ? R.M charged me £7 to deliver evri parcel

Hello . I bought an item on ebay and the seller dropped it of at a parcel shop for evri to deliver . I got a tracking number but no movement after drop off . A week later i get a card from R.M saying i have to pay them £7.00 due to no postage paid . I paid it to get my parcel but no one asked them to send it - the address label is an evri label.  As far as I'm concerned,  it's none of their business and never was .

Whom do you think i should ask for my money back from ?

Thanks .

Martin

If you have accepted the parcel, you can try asking the seller for the payment but, if they refuse, there is nothing you can do.

Obviously something has gone wrong and it is not your fault but the best thing to do is to not pay the 'fine' and to open an 'item not received' case.

Try the seller. See what they say.

The problem is some PO's accept RM and Evri parcels, so easy to mix them up when carrier collects them.

Looks like this happened.

As said, you can't force seller to refund you.

I'm more inclined to ask R.M for it thb . The seller used the money i paid to send it by evri , as advertised.

The £7 i paid on top of that is due to R.M not acknowledging the evri address sticker /w barcode and leaving it alone . Thanks for the reply . M
