What Triggers the Conterfeit Policy?

I have had a couple of items cancelled ove the last couple of weeks due to them being considered conterfeit.

The items aren't conterfeit.  What triggers this policy?

VERO, look in Help and contact and enter Vero.

The bots. come up with fakes, when any company registered for this ask for items to be removed.

Brand Owners may not allow their items to be sold other than by authourised sellers,.

Anyone can report a listing,so it could even be a competitor,and as ebay can't physically authenticate items, they can be removed,so don't relist them again as they will now be flagged by ebay and it could get your account restricted.

While Vero rights owners can get items removed automatically,I don't see Hasbro on there list,but then the list is probably not conclusive.
