Welcome to eBay... You're not welcome!!!

Hello eBay community

In your opinion, does it make sense to temporarily suspend my account after it has been authenticated and linked to my Payoneer account? Is it also possible that it was temporarily suspended and when I start contacting customer service, they tell me that this ban is final and cannot be appealed?

Once they tell me that I am a threat to the eBay community, another time they tell me that I haven't passed the internal verification process. What the hell does that mean?

I have no choice but to contact them via an automated response or a phone call, and I've changed my phone number three times and have never received a call from them.

I feel so humiliated and can't find any logical explanation for what's happening to me!

I'm not a stickler, but I'm deeply offended by the lack of trust and clarity.
Does anyone have a logical explanation?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to eBay... You're not welcome!!!

Restrictions come about in many forms some are timed so you just need for that time to lapse to sell again.

If the restriction states  indefinite or permanent,  this means a lifetime ban,  and there's no comeback from that.  If it's the latter then you will not be able to sell on eBay .  eBay will not discuss the matter.

I'm not sure if the above restrictions apply to Egypt , you are asking on the UK boards, log out of here and log into www.ebay.com and ask the community there someone may have experienced the same.

Based in Egypt you may find that Payoneer is not an acceptable Banking method in the UK site if you sell.

A UK based Current Bank Account /Bank Card is required and UK Default rules on VAT/Import/Export taxes/duty will be applied to UK account holders.

Suggest having an account in the US International site  www.ebay.com  where many Global payment and banking options are offered to members around the World.
