We couldn’t process this payment

I have accpted an offer but offer summary says awaiting payment "We couldn’t process this payment".

The buyer has tried to pay. There is no explanation as to what the problem is and this has happened twice in one day. 

Can Anyone help please?

I cannot get to see any items for sale, another annoying glitch, but sounds as though you have Best Offer with immediate payment required.

Is the buyer following correct procedure for paying, through your acceptance?

As ebay says, listing continues until payment is made.

Thanks for your reply John. But as far as I know they have tried to make the payment

Another possibility is a known intermittent bug to do with addresses.   Ask the buyer to try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".
