I am watching a bag however it doesn’t have authenticity guaranteed. Can sellers opt out?

I have found the bag and you are right, no Authenticity guarantee is on the listing.

It should be.

I looked and a lot of of these are in Japan, so presumably can't be sent to UK authenticator.
