Watch List Default Setting question

Can anyone tell me how do I set my Watch List to default to 100 items per page rather than just 10?

at the bottom of your watch lists there's - items per page - use that.

That changes the setting temporarily. When I click on the Watch list again
in a day or two, it defaults back to 10.

There must be a way to fix it, surely?
