World wide site issue with processing funds !!!

According to EBay customer service  there’s a site wide issue with refunding eBay funds after a failed /cancelled transaction 

 

 

“I have checked the details for you ,and I can see that there is a site issue going on, due to which, the funds are in processing stage. Our team is working on it to resolve this as soon as possible”

 

then follows up with this classic 

 

“As per the recent updates, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days. In order to resolve your issue as soon as possible, I need to forward your concern to our relevant team. They will get back to you via email within 48-72 hours.”

 

eBay can you please sort this out *bleep* 🤦‍♂️
