So after the 30 day money back or return policy, you don't seem to have the standard one year warranty.
If the goods fail after 30 days then according to Ebay rules it's hard luck. Iv'e been dealing with Ebay for a long time and have never had any failures with goods within one year. Now I have an air pump which is faulty after the 30 days and offered a partial refund which I have to put towards buying another, Not buying from Ebay now I know their policy.

"Not buying from Ebay now I know their policy"
You don't buy from eBay but from the seller and eBay's policy has not changed since you opened this account.

Once bitten and all that. been lucky so far up to now. Won't buy again from ebay if all you have is 30 days.

So if something goes wrong after 30 days you can't get a replacement ie 1 year warranty. If the seller gives 30 days return, and eBay gives a money back guarantee it's still 30 day's.

After the 30 days' MBG anything that goes wrong is between you and your seller. You still have your statutory rights and you can take legal steps the same as if you'd bought from a shop.
