Wallet losing money

Hey guys need your help. I had money in my wallet from a previous order. I cancelled a separate order and ebay has taken money from that forst order as a cancellation. I never received funds for the 2nd order so I've just lost £150

The funds for the second order are probably pending and will be released.

What so even though i never sent the order it was cancelled before I got
the money I will still get it?

If the refund went from your alternative source the original payment will still be released to you.
