recently updated my debit card details on my E Bay account and bought a smll item, the money for the item has been paid through Pay Pal but the sum of £1 has been taken from my bank account and credittted to E Bay San Jose US, does anyone know why they might have done this, the sum is not important, that fact thay debitted the account without my knowing is important.
