I am a blue light member. I have a voucher code for Ebay purchases. When voucher code was added, it wouldn't get me beyond to confirm and pay. What is the way to make it possible to accept the voucher code and pay the order?

Use the ebay checkout and scroll down the page to the box where you can add your voucher.

Ebay do not guarantee vouchers actually work.

Assuming that you have entered it correctly, are you sure that eBay still accepts Blue Light vouchers?

There have been a lot of changes recently. For example, Nectar points are no longer accepted on eBay.
