I was given a general voucher code if I spent over £50 to get £5 but when I go to use it on an item I made and offer for £52 it gives stupid reasons it won't work. It says it's not over £50 or it says I'm paying by American express which I don't even have.
Oddly when the item was £57 it worked . I can't contact eBay and so this is my only recourse. Unless some support member/dev looks at the bug
