Violation of intellectual property

I have a problem with at least two Ebay shops that have prints of my original art listed for sale without my permission.

When I use the procedure on Ebay to ‘Report a seller’ with the option 'The seller has violated one of Ebay’s policies’ the message ‘We ran into a problem. Please try again later’ appears.

I have tried many times.

Has anyone else had this happen?

You need to make sure that you're registered as the verified rights owner before you can ask eBay to remove listings, and then get them removed via eBay's VeRO programme.
