Very high- order not received

Hello. I’ve been selling sports cards on eBay and have recently got a message from eBay saying my order not received level is very high. With every order I get proof of postage at the post office to prove it’s gone off from my end. I cannot control what the Royal Mail does with it. Listing items with tracking I don’t think will work  because a lot of the cards I sell aren’t highly valuable. I am very concerned this will all affect my ability to sell on eBay. I can show eBay that I have sent off the orders. What do I do?

It would be high because ebay only accept tracking as proof of delivery so untracked items will count as not delivered.   It could affect your ability to sell so time to use trackable postage.  Maybe sell the cards in quantities on one listing.

Very high- order not received

I'm afraid the ' sending off' the posting of items is not as important as delivery being proved that is only done with tracking.

Under Simple Delivery tracking  isn't needed for items under the value of £10 and letter size,  however,  if your buyers are opening cases of item not received,  this will affect your selling standard.

It's unusual for too many INR cases to be opened, is it the fault of your Post Office is it worth trying another ?

If a case for Item not received is made and there's no tracking you do need to accept the case and refund within 3 days that way no defect is placed on your account.
