We are considering changing the name/contact details of the person on our account but concerned at the risk of suspension while the new details are verified.

1. What is the risk of our account being suspended while the new details are verified? 

2. How long does the verification process usually take?

Unless something has very recently changed, you can't change the account registered name on an eBay account.

Even if you're not selling it, you cannot change ownership.

It's not the name of the company we want to change (there has been no change in ownership). We just want to change the name of the individual point of contact on the account. This is the person that eBay will take through security before speaking to them on the phone.

Do you have multiple users registered?

No, we just want to change the name of the primary contact but are concerned the account will be suspended during re verification. Do you know if this is a risk/how long the verification process takes?

Isn't the primary contact the registered account holder?

The account holder is the business (to my knowledge).

Its under "stakeholder details". Can we add a second stakeholder without sending the account into a re verification process?
