My van never sold on eBay it kept saying sold and nobody turned up so l sold it on gumtree now e bay keep asking for money

Listing fees for vehicles are non refundable,  payable sale or no sale.

It's the same if you listed your van in your local paper,  and it didn't sell,  the paper would not refund you,  your advertising fee.

You have to pay that fee, and do so promptly,  as eBay do use debt collectors.
