Has anyone else had dealings with ******.  Faulty battery tried to contact them but link wouldn’t work, so I left negative feedback which they didn’t like and contacted me, which was the aim ultimately,  they said a new battery would be sent if I followed the link to change the feedback which I did,   Then the said that because I had asked for a return they could send a new battery unless I closed the return, yes I know I’m a fool.   No replacement battery sent,  they ignore my messages,  eBay won’t do anything because I had closed the return,  so basically I’ve lost out on £45 and I have a dangerous faulty battery and eBay have washed their hands of it.   I have sent numerous emails to eBay customer service but not had even 1 reply.

hope im not the only one with who has experienced this service,  and someone out there knows what to do or who to contact.

look forward to your messages.

please don’t use FORDYSONTEC  cheap dangerous batteries

The seller played you, twofold.

Never accede to a seller's promise of any replacements and most definitely never close a case early as you have found out you cannot open another.

It is a harsh lesson learned,  but try your payment provider for help with a refund,  most have a 120 day buyer protection policy.

It's best too, not to accept a replacement because if that is also faulty,  you would not be covered by eBay's MBG.  Always go for a refund, and then to find a better seller.
