Have just wasted 40 minutes of my life talking to some foreign lady, asking why I was forced to use simple delivery, when it doesn't have all the options I need to post. It doesn't allow me to post delicate items 24 hour, it doesn't allow me the option of a small or medium parcel weighing between 2 kilos and 5 kilos, doesn't allow anything over a medium parcel.
So if so many options are missing from this SIMPLE delivery, why force it upon people, oh and the lady had no clue whatsoever, I think it went off script for her.
