Does anyone know how to contact eBay about a item not received case opened for a sale using the Global Shipping Program?

Have you got tracking showing delivery to the UK hub and is that evidence in the case?

Yes, the tracking to the UK hub was uploaded at the time of dispatch and has been added to the case, but that was 10 days ago and my customer still hasn't heard anything from eBay

As long as you can prove delivery to the UK hub, Ebay will be liable to deal with the case and refund the buyer.
