Dear Madam
You are in no doubt aware of the furious reaction from private sellers, buyers and many businesses regarding the new imposed charges of Buyer Protection Fee and compulsory eBay postage options. Indeed your app and software can't even handle the changes.
Like myself hundreds of private sellers are leaving the platform. From purely a finance perspective it is no longer viable to sell anything under £10. From a social perspective (Community?) it takes away from people an important interest: A break from the stresses of everyday living (I'm a full time carer), a hobby and supplying people with those small items hard to find elsewhere. EBay would do well to remember this! After all it was the core of its business back in 1995. Its not just about money. Yes ,the small seller!
I used to be a Local Government Complaints Head Officer. For every person that complains, in this case posts on here, there are ten who don't bother to do so because they fear nothing will change.
I implore you to reverse this policy urgently and bring eBay back to what it was. A Community!

We are not eBay. This is a forum for members to help other members with trading questions.
Members asking for help are now being drowned out by this flood of complaints about the new payments system.

I'm glad to hear it, but I'm not convinced. far too many oddities going on.
Yes it is Member to Member Support. What do you think I'm trying to do? Maybe get some help for people.
Anything is worth a try at present.

I think what everyone is trying to say is that you need to send your letter to the intended recipient, not post it in a member to member forum.
