Upgrade to professional account

Hi I would like to upgrade to a professional account I would like to know will I get charged 35p per listing to change over as I have about 7,000 to change over to professional 

Also can I then choose the type of postage I use ie can I go back to using postage stamps again I do have a good reason for this

With 7000 listings you would need Anchor shop at £437 +VAT each month or reduce your listings to the shop level below that

You would be able to select your own postage method

If you buy things to sell, upgrading to a business account is an ebay requirement,  not a choice.
