Unreceived shipment from EVRI

Hello, I did not receive my shipment from EVRI because there is no one at the address, and they have marked it as delivered. The shipment is missing, there is a photo of several shipments at the entrance door of the block but not in front of mine. I complained to eBay but they switched the case in his favor. I was left damaged - what should I do?

If the seller can prove an item was delivered to the address of the buyer with tracking then any case will close in the seller's favour.

I'm sorry, but it looks like your item was stolen and eBay or the seller cannot cover any loss here.

Is there anyone in the block,  a concierge perhaps,  to ask if the item has been put somewhere for safety?

We don't have a doorman, I went looking for the package on all floors and nothing. If they had put it in front of my door and taken a picture of me, okay, I would have accepted that there was a package, but there is a picture of a box full of packages at the front door, but you can't see who they are for. And that's why I think my package isn't there at all.

I'm afraid photos are not important when claiming an eBay case for item not received.  A seller just has to show that tracking for the item has shown delivery to the address on the delivery order. 

As said,  it's not possible for a seller / eBay to be responsible for where an item is left.

You could try contacting Evri explain the item was not left in a safe place, I'm not going to admit that it's an easy alternative,  but you have nothing to lose by contacting them.

Is there any ' safe place'  for you to specify  to the courier , if you place any order online,  be it with eBay or elsewhere?  You don't want this happening again.

Thank you for your answer but I live in a block of flats and anyone can get in so there is no safe place. But I will try to contact Evri and Tata. Thanks anyway
