Hi

Has anybody had a sale completed and not been paid for it? I had a sale completed and it said payment due, when I went to my ebay balance to draw the money it wasn't there. I have contacted customer care 3 times and the are telling me it was to cover postage labels. I have a plus balance in my accout so I don't undersatnd what they mean by being adjusted to cover postage labels.......The last customer care agent just left the conversation and  said they had explained what they could and could not hepl me any further, how rude!

Nothing you have said there implies that buyer paid!

Has buyer paid? Have you dispatched?

PAYMENTS shows all transactions, and status of payment as to when they are available to be withdrawn. You have all the information, I have none, so have to guess at what you mean.

Did you buy postage label via eBay?
