Unlinked nectar account

Hi all , my nectar account has been unlinked without my say so and surprising I've only found out after making a substantial purchase , is there a way to get this back dated

It seems to be yet another Nectar issue on ebay as accounts are being disabled,but points should be back dated once fixed,but No time frame on when that will be though!!
