I listed a used bottle of perfume that i no longer use. It was 50% full. Took so many pictures and what the level was. I sold for a £1 plus postage. After a couple of days seen that the buyer gave a negative feedback that she was disappointed as it was not that full. What can i do as i want to give my feedback but i can only do postive, which is very unfair. If the seller was not happy.. she should have messaged or ask or send back. No one forced her to buy. Can ebay help to remove the buyer feedback or should i give my side when commenting on her postive feedback

The only negative I can see on this account is over 6 months old, too old to change , and doesn't refer to any perfume.
Has the feedback been removed or is this negative on a different account.
Always best to post from the account ' affected' gives us a better chance of providing a correct answer.

You are not allowed to sell used cosmetics, including perfumes.
Also most carriers will only accept them if in original box.

As sellers are not allowed to list used perfume (you must've wondered why you could only select 'new' as when you were setting up your listing) the listing will be for a new bottle of perfume, which is what your buyer would be expecting. They may have been viewing it on a phone or bought it in a hurry, whatever the reason it would have said 'new' in item specifics.

you listed it as 'new' and put in the body of the listing - used and no lid.
