Unfair feedback

I sold an item by way of auction & the buyer paid in the late afternoon.  I took the item straight to the post office & posted it.  By the next morning, I had neutral feedback from the buyer saying it hadn't arrived!  I messaged the buyer, telling them that the item hadn't even left the post office & to please remove the feedback.   The buyer promised to remove the feedback, but failed to do so.  I have asked for a revision from Ebay, but there has not been a response from the buyer after several days.   Ebay always side with the buyer & I'm told I have to respect the buyers feedback if they don't respond by way of removing the feedback.   Their feedback is unconstructive & I can't give the buyer negative feedback, so consider feedback a one sided game.   I'm sure other sellers agree that Ebay need to change their feedback system, as at the moment, it is a joke!

Unfair feedback

Removal of feedback is done by you the seller sending buyer a proper feedback request. You do not ask ebay or buyer to remove. Ebay will not even though in the circumstances buyer is too impatient. and buyer cannot remove. Buyer is hardly likely to respond when action is required from you.
