To sell on eBay there are ID's / photos to produce to eBay to prove you are over 18.   This person must be using someone else's account.

Is this a family member?

All I can suggest is to change your password, or if this is someone you know,  for the holder of the account, a 15 year old cannot open their own account,  for them to change passwords,  and always log out of the account when not in use.

Hi. No it's not a family member, its a 14/15 year old who was arrested
again on Monday.

Thought I was helping, no worries

What is the policy?

You must be at least 18 years old to be an eBay member.

If you think another member is under 18, please report them by contacting us. You should include their username and any messages or email you've received from them. Make sure to include any relevant information about why you think the member is underage.

You can use the link below to get a callback rather than using the 'contacting us' link which will take you through an automated process.  Don't expect Ebay to act without any evidence.

I really don't care whether you act or not.  I was trying to advise you of an underage user.

Sorry I bothered.

People here are not ebay. We are members like you and have no authority over any other member.

All we can do is advise you of the facts. That's it. You have been told how it is, so it is up to you how you proceed, or not.
