Undeliverable Parcel

Hi,I have got a big problem.I bought a big Parcel,lots of pocket watches on 10.10.2025 from Great Britain.Earlier I bought lots of item from this seller.Now,this is a third time happened,when I want check my parcel status,I saw my  Parcel is undeliverable.I do not understand why?Parcel is come via Pitney Bowes International system,while I live in Hungary.This is a third Parcel which have this Problem.The others 2 Parcel price ebay refunded me,but now ebay held my Money and my parcel is undeliverable.

Somebody can tell me what's going on,please?

Have you opened a not received case?

It is impossible to know why undeliverable, as I would think it must be Hungarian Customs that cause the problem. Who tells you it is undeliverable? Can you not find out from whoever tells you?

I suspect that three in a row, rings warning bells with ebay.

Hi,thanks for your answer.I saw on my ebay site,near the item,was problem with my Parcel.So I tried tracking my item on track24 site,and I saw there my Parcel is undeliverable,stayed in UK:.My Parcel didn't arrived in Hungary because stayed in UK.I tried opened not received case,but till 29th Okt is not possible.

Today I received back my Money.But still do not understand what's going on.

My Parcel tracking number is: UPAAF000000079091386
