Unauthorized payments

eBay seem to be taking money out of my bank account, I don't know we what for.

Haven't sold anything for months, and anything I purchase is with PayPal.

Check on your Account > Seller Account.   That will show any transactions.   You can also contact ebay and ask them to check it for you.    You can use callback on here:
