Unable to verify bank account.

Hi 

In the UK and bank with lloyds. 

I've been trying and trying to verify my bank details so I can take my money out of ebay.

I have tried using my phone/pc and different Web browsers. Everytime I log into my bank app and verify ebay. It then goes bank onto ebay and ebay is then unable to verify my bank. I also can't see what my actual name is when adding my bank details. For example if name is John j Smith. In the app all I can see and not be able edit is Jxxxx.

How on earth can I resolve this issue. This the only account I have.

Look to verify your bank account here using a PC, Registering as a seller | eBay

Your Name and Bank account details must match.

So how can I see what my name is when I try to add the bank account all I get for my name is t××××× and I can not edit that part?

1 possible mismatch is if you use Tony on ebay & Anthony on your bank.

If this is it, update your personal info on ebay.
