Unable to update Payment Method

Hi, I want to buy a Shop Subscription, but when I click to proceed I am handed the following red tap text: You do not have a valid stored payment method. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your subscription. Add payment method

When I click on Add payment method I get the following:

I then Updated contact information from the link provided but it does not resolve anything, I am still not able to purchase a Store.

The current due amount is a Negative Balance. I have been in touch a few years ago about this because I had a Shop before, and they said it's negative balance, it's not owed by me, so I am confused about all of this.

 

All I want is to start selling with a Shop.

 

I am unable to contact eBay support directly.

There was an issue during a system upgrade that caused some accounts to show a negative balance. We are rolling out a fix that will make sure the correct balance is shown. You should be able to view the correct balance on your most recent invoice. 

 

If its not showing yet it should be rectified the next time your invoicing cycle runs.

Unable to update Payment Method

Thanks Dave, 

 

Appreciate that but I am still not able to activate a new shop.

 

There is no way at all that I can purchase the new shop so I can start selling. I have great items that will be good for eBay buyers.
