Unable to list an item

I keep trying to list an item, I get so far then get a 'unidentified error ' message, can anyone help 🤷‍♂️

Having had a break from selling on ebay you now have to go through verification processes for managed payments so you get paid,so basically you need to upgrade your seller account to list and sell.
