Unable to leave feedback for seller

The last three items that I've purchased I've not been able to leave positive feedback for the seller. When I fill out the feedback details, the button at the bottom left (Leave Feedback) is greyed and I'm unable to enter it. I've cleared my temporary internet files, restarted the computer with no luck.  Firefox is my browser. Any ideas please?

If your computer is upto date and your browser is upto date then check you haven't already left feedback,as your showing as having left some for the last month.

If you bought as a guest your not able to leave feedback.

Also  you get 60 days to leave feedback  from the date you received an item. If no estimated delivery date is provided, you have up to 90 days from when you completed your purchase to leave feedback for the seller.

Thanks. I can't work out what's causing the problem, but I've just found
out that I can leave feedback from my mobile phone but not my pc. So I've
just managed to leave the feedback now.
I could always leave feedback on my pc before with no problems.
Looks like I will have to do it via my mobile in future.

There are different ways to leave feedback,so from the seller hub  or my ebay,and purchases section or via your feedback profile here on a PC Feedback profile
