I am unable to buy an item, because "the seller won't ship" to my location even tough the seller has reasured me that they have the "Global Shipping Program" enabled.
I would like to add that I am trying to buy from EU and the seller that I am unable to buy from is "private". I am able to purchase the same product from a "Business" seller.
Makes no difference whether private or business, the inportant thing is do they ship to Lithuania. If you look in the postage section of the listing and look at postage details, you can see if they ship to your Country.
