need help with this Payout Information Page Error Please

I am unable to proceed to the Payout Information step, as the page fails to load entirely.

Each time I attempt to access the payout setup, I am presented with an error message stating:

"Something isn't right. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."

My problem is still there, my payout page information is not loading it says something went wrong,  thats why i cant enter the bank details.

Are you using a desktop and have you contacted ebay directly about this issue?
