I’ve just tried listing something bigger than a medium parcel size, 61x46x46cm and there is now no option. Used to be able to click “looking for heavier or larger package options? Switch to custom postage.”
This option isn’t there anymore. I’ve tried the app, and laptop with Chrome and it’s just not there. Anyone else having this problem? It was there a couple of days ago.
Have eBay stopped us listing over 20kg and that size?
