Heads up sellers , if you get UNABLE TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY via Royal Mail this means they are having problems at your buyers end ie staffing issues , vehicle issues , IT issues etc . therefore your parcel will be late getting delivered mine took 11 days to get to my buyer , so best ask them for their patience or stall them , TRACKING was made all the more confusing as it showed UNABLE TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY 2.40PM then Available for collection 2.40PM at the same time , i'm writing this as my buyer left me negative feedback even though the item arrived 24hrs after he left the feedback & he & ebay customer services refused to remove it , So even if your buyer opens an item not recieved case then this might just give you enough time for the item to arrive , I know it's ALL outwith seller's control once posted but I was ticked off , so heads up SELLERS
