Paid for postage, did not get money back

Hi. I can see that I Paid for postage, did not get money back. Buyer paid as well and not sure why I didnt received refund?  Thanks Mona x

The buyer pays you the postage with the price of the item.

You then pay the postage when you buy the label.

Ebay takes off your final value fees and then pays you the remainder.
