Trying to return item but no return label and says refunded

I need help brought an item but was the wrong from description, so in the process of sending back but unable to get to the return QR code to bring to post office. Can anyone advise

Your title says you've been refunded. Some sellers will refund rather than bother with accepting a return so if you've already been refunded it sounds like what your seller has done.
