2l manual airfryer being sold as 5.5l digital airfryer

I have been sold a tiny manual airfryer that was advertised as a 5.5l digital.I had to urgently buy a 4.5l digital from Amazon.I posted a scathing review and the sellers offered me £10 to write a positive one!! They are still adamant that it's both digital and 5.5l.I have referred this to trading standards..lots of photo evidence but no return label has arrived..photo ..Amazon 4.5 digital on right Ebay '5.5 🤣🤣' with timer knob ( which they claim makes it digital) onn left

If you've opened a return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days and they will enforce the refund.  Go to the return case and click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Adding to the advice above, your seller is in China but the location of the air frier is the UK.

So if your seller tries to tell you that you have to return it to China take no notice and escalate your case   when the time comes. Ebay will enforce a refund.

Do not close the case early no matter what the seller says.

Incidentally I doubt if Trading Standards will be able to help as your seller is not in the UK.
