Trying to get a cost return from seller - as promiced - TWICE but not deliverd.

How can I actually contact an agent, the process to obtain same on here just keeps going round in circles and returning to the start, with no option at any stage to communicate with an actual agent to as eBay to step in. Than you.

If you have returned an item you will be able to escalate your case to ebay after 3 complete working days. 

 

If you mean a partial refund ebay don't normally get involved but you can contact them by requesting a callback on here:

As already said even if seller has agreed a partial refund, I think that  speaking to ebay would be a waste of time, as they will not get involved.

Have you left feedback, or alternatively if you have a problem with a purchase open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, for a return and full refund. This might encourage seller to respond, but promises are not enforceable, and if you close the case you cannot reopen it.

 

Remember that once over the 30days, no case can be opened, which is probably what seller is hoping will happen.
