Trying to do an invoice for multiple items to one buyer

Hi I need help. I follow what eBay says but it says use 'action' and I don't have action listed

On seller hub go to the Orders tab, tick the box beside the orders that need to be combined and select Send Invoice for the orders selected.

Or on My eBay go to your sold page and click on Send Invoice on the far right of one item. The other items will be on the next page.   Change the postage to what you want to charge and submit.

Use a desktop device rather than the app.

You might find that instead of send invoice, it says send PAYMENT DETAILS, which means an invoice.

Clicking on send payment details will bring up al ite to be combined, all you have to do is edit postage, then preview to see it looks as intended, then send.
