I'm trying to claim for an item I sold but it wasn't delivered. I refunded the buyer and contacted Yodel to get compensated as the shipment was covered by insurance. Yodel says I have to go through eBay, but I cannot find an option for sellers who have refunded items that weren't delivered, only buyers who haven't received an item.
