I have recently sold a high end pokemon card and the customer has come back to me to say theres a big scratch on it. I have checked the listing photos and no such scratch appeared on mine... he has requested a refund and I dont know where I stand on this? I dont want the card back as its clearly in worse condition than the card i sent out.
any help with this?
