Tracking number

Hi Guys

Can anybody help please

I recently sold an item and sent with tracking number, but on ebay it says number not recognised but when you check on the royal mail tracker it says item has been delivered

If online tracking shows as delivered, then ebay can release the funds for you if you select a call back here,as the ebay tracking system is out of order!
