I’ve had a message from eBay saying I need to add a new payment method. I think that my card has probably expired in the account that’s currently registered for eBay to take money from. However when I add in new card details the grey button at the bottom of the screen stays grey and won’t let me move on. I’ve tried multiple cards but no joy. Anyone have any idea?

Which device are you using? If the app or mobile browser switch if you can to a PC / laptop and try Chrome, then add the new details here:

If there is still an issue you may need to contact eBay Customer Services who have full access to your account and can see where the issue lies, or help add those details for you.

What sort of card, if a debit card that is the same as using your bank account, and I do not think ebay accepts credit cards, as I doubt they would want to pay fees.
